Refund & Cancellation Policy – Mind Zillion Health

Mind Zillion Health offers subscription-based digital healthcare services through our web and mobile platforms. This policy explains how subscription cancellations and refund requests are handled.
1. Subscription Nature of Service
All our services are delivered digitally. By subscribing to Mind Zillion Health, you agree to the applicable subscription, billing, and refund terms mentioned in this policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
We understand that sometimes things may not work out.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase.
- Requests should be emailed to: billing@mindzillion.com
- Each request is reviewed individually.
Please note:
- Refund approval is subject to verification of account activity and service usage.
- If substantial use of the platform has occurred during the subscription period, the refund request may not be approved.
3. Payment Gateway Charges
Payments are processed through Razorpay and other authorized payment partners. These providers charge transaction processing fees (typically around 2–3%).
For Individual Plans:
Mind Zillion Health may choose to absorb standard payment gateway charges for eligible refunds requested within the 7-day refund window.
For Organizational / Enterprise Plans:
If a refund is approved, the following may be deducted where applicable:
- Payment gateway transaction charges
- Applicable taxes
- Administrative or processing fees (if relevant)
The final refunded amount will reflect these deductions.
4. Cancellation
- Cancellation will stop future billing.
- Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Refunds are not automatically issued for unused portions of a subscription unless specifically approved under this policy.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used during purchase.
Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount.
6. Disputes & Chargebacks
If you experience any billing concerns, we strongly encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Initiating unauthorized chargebacks without prior communication may result in temporary account suspension while the matter is reviewed.
7. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India.
8. Policy Updates
Mind Zillion Health reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website/app with a revised effective date.
Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
